GOLDEN BALL 2023. | LAUREATES DRAGAN STOJKOVIĆ, ALEKSANDAR MITROVIĆ AND VIOLETA SLOVIĆ

The national A team Coach Dragan Stojković, the best scorer of our national team of all times, Aleksandar Mitrović, and the captain of the women’s A team, Violeta Slović, are the winners of the traditional recognition of the FSS – The Golden Ball for 2023, as decided by the FSS Committee for Urgent Matters on the proposal of the Expert Committee, whose president is Stanislav Karasi.

Dragan Stojković wins the award for the best coach in his country for the fourth time in his career (2016, 2021, 2022, 2023), while Aleksandar Mitrović is the best football player in Serbia for the third time (2018, 2022, 2023).

Violeta Slović confirmed her class again this year and was the pillar of coach Zečević’s team in the most important matches of the Serbian women’s national team, and this is her second recognition after 2019, when the Football Association of Serbia for the first time introduced the voting for the best player in the women’s competitions.
