FA OF SERBIA - COVID-19 | SOLIDARITY AND UNITY, LARGE AMOUNT RAISED, WE CONTINUE TOGETHER

The campaign started by the FA of Serbia upon the initiative of its President, Slaviša Kokeza, with the aim to raise significant funds in order to help Serbia health system in its fight against the COVID-19 pandemic has been met by a great support. The first amount of RSD 30,000,000 or EUR 255,320 will be paid to the Clinic for Infectious and Tropical Diseases in Belgrade. The initiative of the President Kokeza has also been supported by his closest associates in the FA of Serbia, General Secretary Jovan Šurbatović, Technical Director Vladimir Matijašević, Vice-Presidents Nenad Bjeković and Marko Pantelić, as well as the Emergency Committee and Executive Committee members, Novica Tončev, Ilija Petković, Branko Stojaković, Dragan Simović, Milan Karadžić, Dragomir Lazović, Miloš Miljanić, Dušan Mrakić. All head-coaches in the FA of Serbia system took part, led by the A team headcoach, Ljubiša Tumbaković, technical staff and physical activity and recovery coordinator, Andrija Milutinović. All employed in the FA of Serbia also took part by donating a part of their salaries. We would like to thank all the others who took part in this campaign, among else players Aleksandar Kolarov, Dušan Tadić, Nemanja Radonjić, Marko Grujić, Antonio Rukavina, Mijat Gaćinović, Ljubomir Fejsa, Nikola Maksimović, Nemanja Maksimović, Filip Đuričić, Stefan Mitrović, Nikola Milenković, Saša Lukić, Nemanja Pejčinović, Nemanja Radoja, Petar Škuletić, Lazar Marković, Vladimir Stojković and Marko Dević. A big thank you to referees, the clubs FK Voždovac, FK Čukarički, FK Radnik, FK Javor, FK Spartak, FK Jedinstvo Putevi, all the regions, many district, local and municipality associations, as well as to the agent Zoran Pavlović and the “Fudbal 22” agency. We will not stop at this. The second phase of this fund raising is starting and we use this opportunity to invite all that still have not, and would like to join and support this great campaign of ours, so we could provide new assistance to the health workers who fight COVID-19 disease on daily basis.
