WEURO QUALIFICATIONS | TWO MATCHES, TWO WINS AGAINST SLOVAKIA ON THE ROAD TO SWITZERLAND 2025

The best women’s team of Serbia achieved two wins on their road to a historic qualification for the European Championship that will be staged in Switzerland next year. The team selected by head coach Dragiša Zečević celebrated in the matches with Slovakia, the first one was in Belgrade (2:1) – after a change in the match, since they were one goal behind in the opening minutes of the game. In the second match, played in Trnava, Serbia appeared even more convincing and achieved a great result (4:0), with goals scored by Jovana Damnjanović, Tajla Dćej Vlajnić, Miljana Ivanović i Nina Matejić.
