U21 | THE EAGLETS START THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP WITH A TRIUMPH AGAINST AZERBAIJAN

A good start for the young Serbian national team (U21) on the path towards the qualifications for the European Championship in Slovakia. Dušan Đorđević’s team defeated Azerbaijan – 2:0 (2:0) after a good game, especially in the first part of the match when the winner of the duel was practically decided.

Serbia was the better rival during most of the match, controlled the events on the field, eliminated any possibility that the guest could make a surprise. Already after half an hour of play, the game was practically decided, and double scorer Mihajlo Ilić took care of that.
