ANNOUNCES INVITATION TO TENDER FOR

OFFICE BUILDING PROCUREMENT (PURCHASE)

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

2. SPECIFICATION OF THE ASSET

Administrative building must have following characteristics:

• Stand-alone construction unit – stand-alone unit on related construction lot on the City of Belgrade territory, in the municipalities of Stari grad, Savski venac, Novi Beograd and Zemun.
• Total (gross) building area 3,500 to 7,000 m²
• At least 10 parking spaces that can partially be in a garage that is a part of the building, and partially within the construction lot where the building is (open space parking lots)
• The building must have a relevant construction and use permit.

When choosing the best offer, advantage will have the following buildings:

• Buildings in Novi Beograd territory, or Zemun, especially those close to the high-way, or the high-way enroute to the FAS Sports Centre in Stara Pazova
• Buildings with greater number of parking spaces in the garage, as an integral part of the building
• Buildings with greater number of open space parking lots
• Buildings that need fewer or none construction adaptions when moving in

NB: The bid of the interested bidders will be considered binding for the bidder, and they will not be able to increase the price of the offered building afterwards. FA of Serbia reserve the right not to accept any of the received bids, if it turns out they are not suitable for the FA of Serbia administrative (office) building.

3. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS HOW TO BID

The bid must be made in Serbian language. The bidder must submit the bid in writing and may submit multiple bids – for multiple buildings.

Bidders are to submit their offers by regular mail, registered mail or in person at the FA of Serbia office, in writing, and no later than 20.05.2022.
