Executive Committee members adopted the FA’s strategic goals for the next four years.

1. QUALIFICATION OF THE BEST NATIONAL TEAM FOR THE 2024 EUROPEAN FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP. The success of the A team and their participation in the final tournament in Germany would mean both result and significant financial benefits to Serbian football.

2. INFRASTRUCTURE. Cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Serbia in infrastructure development, construction of the National stadium and stadiums throughout Serbia. There is an idea for the Serbian A team to play some of their EURO qualifiers outside of Belgrade, in one of the new stadiums, and all with the aim of popularization of football and supporting the national team.

3. PITCHES. Reform and maintenance of the pitches that must be modeled after the best European leagues. For the implementation of this project, UEFA support is expected, and the FA senior management people have already had several important meetings with UEFA at the last Congress in Lisbon.

4. WORK WITH YOUTH CATEGORIES. With a reminder of great results and titles won by the players U-19 and U-20 at the 2013 European Championship and 2015 World Cup, one of the important goals is the increased work with youth categories, which the future of the Serbian senior national football depends on.

5. HOUSES OF FOOTBALL IN THE REGIONS. Construction and modernization of premises in the football associations of regional centres.

6. ADMINISTRATIVE CENTRE. After the FA of Serbia Sports Centre in Stara Pazova, which is one of the most modern and functional centres in Europe, national house of football would complete a unit of capital importance for football development by implementing this project.

7. HOSTING A YOUTH CATEGORY EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP. Hosting one of the youth European Championship final tournaments in 2027. That would be a historic event for Serbian football. A meeting on this topic has already been held with UEFA senior management and there is support from all relevant structures for Serbia to host the best European teams in the coming period.

8. FA OF SERBIA ACADEMY. By establishing this Academy, the FA would ensure the education of its staff at all levels and significantly improve and regenerate the activities of all units within the system.
