THE GOLDEN AUTUMN OF REPRESENTATIVE FOOTBALL

Besides the result that has the greatest weight, and relates to the success of our best national team and qualification to the Division B of the UEFA Nations League, as well as the possible draw (depending on the epilogue in the qualifications that follow) for the 2020 European Championship, all the other selections under the auspices of the Football Association of Serbia can be satisfied with their fantastic results this fall.

The football nation was also pleased with the youth national team (U-21) of Serbia led by selector Goran Djorović.

The fantastic results were achieved, and, practically, two rounds before the end of the qualification, Serbia secured the place among the 12 best selections that the following June (16th-30th) shall participate in the U21 European Championship in Italy and San Marino.

The U19 team has also achieved success led by coach Milan Kuljić.

Our girls also deserve praises, whose U-19 and U-17 teams play the final round of qualifications. The girls were successful in the tournaments in Liechtenstein, and the tournament held in the Sports centre of the Football Association of Serbia in Stara Pazova.

This autumn of 2018, was the one to remember.
