REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE ABOUT THE REGISTERED INTERMEDIARIES FOR THE PERIOD 01.04.2015 – 31.03.2016

 In accordance with art.19 of the FAS Regulations for Work with Intermediaries (the FAS official gazette “Fudbal”, extraordinary nr.3/17, 22/17), which came into effect on 15.06.2017, the FAS Committee for Work with Intermediaries publishes the names of all registered intermediaries for the period 01.04.2015 – 31.03.2016:

1. Company LIAN SPORTS LIMITED which, by proxy, is represented by Nikola Damjanac in the Republic of Serbia on behalf of the player Gajić Milan.

2. Company LIAN SPORTS LIMITED which, by proxy, is represented by Nikola Damjanac in the Republic of Serbia on behalf of the player Denković Aleksa.

3. Company LIAN SPORTS LIMITED which, by proxy, is represented by Nikola Damjanac in the Republic of Serbia on behalf of the player Gojkov Damjan.

4. Ratkovica Mladen on behalf of the player Lapčević Renato.

5. Lazić Vladimir on behalf of the player Janković Luka.

6. Company LIAN SPORTS LIMITED which, by proxy, is represented by Nikola Damjanac in the Republic of Serbia on behalf of the player Nikolić Lazar, whose legal representatives are his parents Nikolić Igor and Marija.

7. Company LIAN SPORTS LIMITED which, by proxy, is represented by Nikola Damjanac in the Republic of Serbia on behalf of the player Stojanović Miloš.

8. Registration of intermediary Aleksandra Dedović on behalf of the player Vladimir Lukić, whose legal representatives are his parents Lukić Aleksandar and Ivana.

9. Registration of an intermediary RB SPORTS AGENCY company, which by proxy is represented by Bratislav Ristić for the player Rade Dugalić.

10. Registration of an intermediary RB SPORTS AGENCY company, represented by Bratislav Ristić by proxy for the player Petar Krstić.

11. Registration of an intermediary RB SPORTS AGENCY company, represented by Bratislav Ristić by proxy for the player Andreja Apostolović.

12. Registration of an intermediary RB SPORTS AGENCY company, represented by Bratislav Ristić by proxy for the player Saša Domić.

13. Registration of an intermediary DEJAN SRDIĆ PR CONSULTING AGENCY WIS NOVI SAD company, represented by proxy by Dejan Srdić for the player Zekaj Arton.

14. Registration of an intermediary DEJAN SRDIĆ PR CONSULTING AGENCY WIS NOVI SAD company, represented by proxy by Dejan Srdić for the player Cetina Nikola.

15. Registration of an intermediary DEJAN SRDIĆ PR CONSULTING AGENCY WIS NOVI SAD company, represented by proxy by Dejan Srdić for the player Vještica Nemanja.

The FAS Committee for work with intermediaries has sent a letter nr. 16-318/1, dated 24.02.2016 to all the Super league and First League clubs in order to obtain information whether they have engaged any intermediaries for players’ transfers, what was their agreed remuneration, as well as what was the amount of remuneration actually paid to the intermediaries on such transfers, for the reason that none of the said leagues’ clubs has registered any intermediaries or effected transfers since the effective date of the Regulations, although according to the Regulations they were bound to do so.

The reply to this letter, received by all clubs, was received from the following clubs:

1. FK MLADOST Lučani has not engaged any intermediaries for the transfer of any of the players to and from that club.
2. FK PROLETER from Novi Sad has not engaged any intermediaries for the transfer of any of the players to and from that club.
3. FK NAPREDAK from Kruševac has not engaged any intermediaries for the transfer of any of the players to and from that club.
4. FK JAGODINA from Jagodina has not engaged any intermediaries for the transfer of any of the players to from that club.
5. FK SPARTAK from Subotica has not engaged any intermediaries for the transfer of any of the players to and from that club.
6. FK JAVOR MATIS from Ivanjica has not engaged any intermediaries for the transfer of any of the players to and from that club.
7. FK METALAC from Gornji Milanovac has not engaged any intermediaries for the transfer of any of the players to and from that club.
8. FK ČUKARIČKI from Beograd informed the Committee that intermediary Đuro Ivanišević, acting on behalf of KICK & RUSH SPORT MANAGEMENT intermediated in realization of transfer of the player Nikola Stoijiljković from FK Čukarički to FC Braga, value of the transfer 750,000 EUR, and in the transfer of player Brežančić Rajko from FK Čukarički to A.Z.N.V, value of the transfer 400,000 EUR, and that he has been paid a remuneration in the amount of 30,000 EUR.

9. FK VOŽDOVAC from Beograd informed the Committee that intermediary Ćaldović Rade participated in conclusion of a Professional Contract with players Terzić Borislav and Srećković Nikola, and intermediary Čučković Nebojša on conclusion of the Professional Contract with player Blagojević Jovica but in neither of the cases remuneration to intermediaries has been paid.

     10. FK CRVENA ZVEZDA from Beograd informed the Committee as follows:

–       that on the occasion of transfer of player Aleksandar Katai from the Olympiacos FC Greece, to FK Crvena Zvezda, it engaged the intermediary Boško Janković and that the agreed remuneration was in the amount of 11,400 EUR which is less than 3% of gross income of the player, amounting to 390,000 EUR. The remuneration to the intermediary has not been paid.

–       that on the occasion of transfer of player Bruno Oliveira de Matos from FC Espirito Santo, Brazil to FK Crvena Zvezda, it engaged the intermediary Panče Georgijevski and that the agreed remuneration was in the amount of 10,000 EUR which is less than 3% of gross income of the player, amounting to 340,000 EUR. The remuneration to the intermediary has not been paid.

–       that on the occasion of transfer of player Mitchell Donald from the FC Mordovia, Russia, to FK Crvena Zvezda, it engaged the intermediaries Srđan Jeremić and Nianelli Investments Ltd. and that the agreed remuneration was in the amount of 3,900 EUR (3% of the transfer amounting to 130,000 EUR) and 29,000 EUR (which is less than 3% of gross income of the player, amounting to 1,005,030 EUR). The remuneration to the intermediaries was paid in the both cases.

–       that on the occasion of transfer of player Rajković Predrag from FK Crvena Zvezda to FC Maccabi Israel, it engaged the intermediary Lanigan Management and that the agreed remuneration was in the amount of 90,000 EUR which is less than 3% of the player’s transfer, amounting to 3,000,000 EUR. The remuneration to the intermediary has been paid.

–       that on the occasion of transfer of player Damien Le Tallec from FC Mordovia, Russia to FK Crvena Zvezda, it engaged the intermediary Nianelli Investments Ltd. and that the agreed remuneration was in the amount of 35,000 EUR which is less than 3% of gross income of the player, amounting to 1,179,375 EUR. The remuneration to the intermediary has been paid.

–       that on the occasion of transfer of player Grujić Marko from FK Crvena Zvezda to Liverpool FC it engaged the intermediary Zoran Čanak and that the agreed remuneration was in the amount of 210.000 EUR which makes 3% of the player’s transfer amounting to 7,000,000 EUR. The remuneration to the intermediary has been paid.

–       that on the occasion of transfer of player Jovanović Vukašin from FK Crvena Zvezda to FC Zenit, Russia, it engaged the intermediary Chroma Trading Ltd. and that the agreed remuneration was in the amount of 60,000 EUR which makes 3% of transfer for the player, amounting to 2,000,000 EUR. The remuneration to the intermediary has been paid.

     11. FK “PARTIZAN” from Belgrade has, in its letter of 30.03.2016, informed the Committee and submitted the requested information on Intermediaries the club, oncluded the contracts with as of 10.06.2015:

–       On the occasion of transfer of player Aleksandar Subić from FK Borac Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to FK Partizan, intermediary Unnak Company from Vojka, represented by Nikola Kolarov, was engaged for a commission in the amount of 9,000 EUR, which makes less than 3% of the transfer

–       On the occasion of the transfer of player Sedrik Gogua, citizen of Cote d’ Ivoire, from FC SJK, Finland to FK Partizan, an intermediary Cristopher Cleaver, citizen of Great Britain, was engaged for a commission of 30,000 EUR, which makes less than 3% of the gross value of compensation and professional player with the player;

–       On the occasion of the transfer of player Everton Luiz, citizen of Brasil, from FC St Gallen, Switzerland to FK Partizan, intermediary Soccer Mondial AG Switzerland, represented by Miloš Malenović, was engaged, for a commission of 20.000 EUR which makes less than 3% gross value of the compensation and professional contract with the player

–       To the purpose of concluding a new professional contract with player Ivan Bandalovski, citizen of Bulgaria, an intermediary Miodrag Rakčević from Belgrade was engaged for a commission of 4.590 EUR, which makes less than 3% of gross value of the professional contract with the player. The commission has been paid.

–       On the occasion of the transfer of player Aboubakar Oumarou, citizen of Cameroon, from FK Partizan to FC Shenzhen, China, an intermediary Darko Ristić from Belgrade was engaged for a commission in the amount of 36.000 EUR, which makes less than 3% of gross value of the compensation.

–       On the occasion of transfer of player Nikola Ninković from FK Partizan to FC Chievo Verona, Italy, intermediary “IP Consulting” from Belgrade, represented by Ivica Pavlović was engaged for a commission of 12.000 EUR, which makes less than 3% of the gross value of the compensation.

Consolidated total figure of remuneration paid to the intermediaries in the said period is 591.250,00 EUR.
