2. SPECIFICATION OF THE GOODS

       Purchasing of information system – software with following mandatory characteristics – modules:

• Players' registration
• Competition management
• National teams' matches monitoring
• Disciplinary measures files
• Referees and delegates data
• Contracts data
• Match reports and other various statistics related to football

       When choosing the best offers, advantage will have information systems containing the following:

• A possibility to be integrated with UEFA FAME and FIFA Connect ID standard
• Enable direct data transfer in real time out of the FA's website system (REST API services)
• Contain mobile application for Androids and Apple (REST API technology), as well as offline method

 3. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS HOW TO BID

Bid has to be either in Serbian or English language. Bidder has to submit the bid in the stipulated form and can submit more bids. Bidders are to submit their offers by electronic or regular mail till 30.12.2016 at the latest.
