The Football National Team of Serbia has lost the international friendly match against Brazil (0:1) the match played in Sao Paulo. Objectively speaking, in a match, the National Team were better rival, the team with more clear occasions, but the Host Team took the first and the only one opportunity to score a goal and win a match. The goalscorer was Fred in 58th min after one of the very few mistakes of our defence in the match played on the stadium “Morumbi”

The atmosphere on the match in Sao Paulo was fantastic. It was felt at every step that this is the general test for the World Cup in Brazil…

Our National Team won the match against Jamaica in New York (2:1), the match against Panama ended as a draw (1:1) in Chicago and the defeat against Brazil in Sao Paulo (0:1)

The next meeting of the “A” National Team is scheduled for September, when the International Friendly Match against France will be played in Serbia.
