FA OF SERBIA EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

FA of Serbia Executive Committee meeting has been held in the FA of Serbia Sports Centre in Stara Pazova earlier today, and these are the most important decisions made:

FA of Serbia and Ljubiša Tumbaković have terminated the contract by mutual agreement. FA of Serbia would like to thank the former head-coach of the Serbia “A” team on cooperation and wish him all of the success in his future career. Deputy to the president, Marko Pantelić has informed members of the Executive Committee that he had started talks with candidates for the post of the “A” team head-coach and depending on the outcome, name of the new head-coach will probably be known before the end of the year.

FA of Serbia has extended the contract with the U21 team head-coach, Ilija Stolica for the next qualifying cycle.

FA of Serbia has also rewarded a great success of our futsal team. Serbia is one of only six European teams that will participate in the futsal World Cup in Lithuania in 2021.

Assembly of the FA of Serbia has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and will be held in March 2021.
