WU19 | FRANCE, SWEDEN AND ICELAND ARE STRONGER, SERBIA WAITS FOR ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY IN QUALIFYING MATCHES

The Women’s U19 national team of Serbia (WU19) failed to qualify for the next round of qualifications for the European Championship. Our girls were unlucky as being in one of the strongest groups, along with the big favorite team of France, Sweden and Iceland, and after three defeats (0:2,0:4,0:2), the last one in the match against Iceland – 0:2 (0:0) the qualifiyng competition was over. The National Team of Serbia performed well in many segments of the game during the tournament at the FA of Serbia Sports Center in Stara Pazova but almost as a rule, the prevailing factor in the favor of our opponents was their better physical preparation.
