PRESS RELEASE, INFORMATIONS REGARDING MEDIA ACTIVITIES FOR AUSTRIA AND RUSSIA

ACCREDITATION PROCESS FOR THE MATCHES IN GRAZ

Accreditation system for the international friendly match of the Serbian team against Chile (4th June 2018) will be open from Wednesday, 30th May (12:00 hrs) till Sunday, 3rd June (12:00 hrs).

Accreditation requests for the match against Bolivia (9th June) can also be sent till from Wednesday, 30th May (12:00 hrs) till Friday, 8th June (12:00).

Both matches will be played at the Merkur Arena Stadium in Graz.

In order to be accredited for a match the following data need to be sent to [email protected] for every person that wants to be accredited:

Confirmation of engagement on the company letter-head via official domain of the company (google, yahoo and similar domains will not be accepted).

Copy of passport

Valid press ID

Job title (reporter, cameraman, photographer, technician)

Media activities during preparatory period in Austria (except on the match days, all media activities will be at the Serbia team training stadium – TUS Bad Waltersdorf)

June 2 – arrival of the Serbian team at Bad Waltersdorf, no media activities

June 3 – pre-match press conference, training session open for the first 15 minutes

June 4 – post-match press conference, mix zone

For media activities form June 5 until June 9 you will be inform on time.

June 10 – no media activities, free time for the players

June 11 – at 10:00 hrs, Serbian team will depart to Russia by a charter flight, directly to Kaliningrad and then to Svetlogorsk (40 km away from Kaliningrad) – base camp of the Serbian team during the World Cup

NOTE: Exact times and possible changes will be communicated in due time and via email [email protected], it is not possible to attend training sessions, mix zone and press conferences without accreditation pass

PRESENCE IN SVETLOGORSK, AT TRAINING CENTRE, PRESS CONFERENCE, MIX ZONE AND TRAINING SESSIONS

ACCREDITATION PASSES

Media with FIFA and FA of Serbia accreditation passes will be able to attend media activities (press conferences, mix zone, open training sessions) at FA Serbia Training Centre.

Media representatives are not allowed to any hotel that will accommodate our national team, regardless of valid FIFA and FA of Serbia accreditation passes.

FA of Serbia accreditation passes procedure is as follows:

FIFA must be informed about every individual that applies for FA of Serbia accreditation pass and LOC will perform further checks and/or controls.

Russian state authorities will control and check personal data of every individual.

Deadline to apply for accreditation is on 6th June, and no further requests will be accepted after that date. Applications can be sent to [email protected]

Following data is mandatory:

1. Name and surname (identical to the one in passport)
2. Citizenship
3. Gender
4. Date of birth
5. Country and place of birth
6. Passport number
7. Passport issue/expiry date
8. Place of issue / relevant authority
9. Official documents photo (in colour, with clear and white background, without spectacles/glasses or any other details, taken less than six months ago)
10. Job title (journalist, photographer, cameraman, technician)

FA of Serbia has right to withdraw accreditation passes in case rules are not respected. Whether it is FIFA or FA of Serbia accreditation pass, it has to be in plain sight and media representatives have to show their personal ID, if requested.

NOTE: FA of Serbia accreditation passes are not passes for the match stadiums. Number of accreditation passes is limited.

Media activities while in Russia

June 11 – training session (18:00 – 19:00 hrs), open to media and general public, mix zone with two players, head-coach or a staff member after the training session

You will be informed on time for media activities from June 12.

Serbian team training session will be open to media for the first 15 minutes, if not stated otherwise, MD – 1 and MD press conferences are organised by FIFA.

NOTE: You will be timely informed in case of any changes. Individual interviews requests can be sent to [email protected]. Authorisation is mandatory. Publication of the above information, both for Austria and Russia activities, is not allowed. All times are given in local time.
