Nebojša Ivković

Nebojša Ivković was born in Sarajevo on 24 April 1951. Mr Ivković was appointed as General Secretary of the Football Association of Serbia by unanimous decision of members of the FAS Assembly.

In 1976 he has graduated from the Belgrade University Faculty of Law and the same year he was employed with the Belgrade City Assembly, where he held various posts until 1997.

Nebojša Ivković is with the national football association since 1 October 1997. He has worked in the Yugoslav Football Association (later Football Association of Serbia and Montenegro) at the post of Manager of Professional Operating and Administrative Sector. He was member of several committees of the national football association. As member of the Serbian FA Committee for Implementation of the UEFA Club Licensing Project, and as legal expert in club licencing system, he has been actively involved in implementation of the club licensing project for the territory of the national association.

Since 2006 he has performed the function of the Director of the Sector for Legal and General Affairs. On 1 march 2009 he was appointed as Deputy General Secretary of the FA of Serbia.

In the same period, in 2006, he performs the duty of the UEFA Match Delegate at the matches of teams’, Champion’s League and Europa League matches, and as of 2008 he performs the duty of FIFA Commissioner (national teams’ matches). As of 2009 he has been performing the duty of the UEFA stadia inspector. As of July 2015 he is member of the UEFA Legal Committee. From October 2016 he become third Vice-president of that Committee.

Nebojša Ivković was president of the Anti-Doping Committee of the Republic of Serbia Anti-Doping Agency, and is member of the Commission for statutory – legal matters of the Olympic Committee of Serbia.

He speaks English language.

Nebojša Ivković is married and has two daughters.
