MEDIA ACCREDITATION | UEFA NATIONS LEAGUE MATCHES SERBIA – SPAIN, DENMARK - SERBIA

Dear Madame / Sir,

Please be informed that the media accreditation system for the upcoming UEFA Nations League matches of the Serbian national team will be as follows:

SERBIA – SPAIN (“Rajko Mitić” Stadium, Belgrade, 5th September, 20:45).

Media accreditation system for non – TV and radio right holders and photographers will be open from Monday, 26th August to Sunday, 1st September.

You can send your requests to [email protected] from the e-mail of your editorial office (all but freelance).

The request shall be on the letterhead of your media house (signature and stamp of the authorized person are mandatory), and will contain the first and last name of the reporter, supported by a photo (passport size, please make sure the photos are authentic), as well as the position in the stadium (print press, web press, web camera, TV press, TV camera, radio press, photographer, freelancer).

All media with online offices and video production fall under “web”.

TV stations with national, cable or local frequency fall under “TV”.

Please bear in mind that media box capacity is limited, as well as the space foreseen for photographers, hence no more than two accreditation passes will be issued for journalists, i.e. one for photographers, except for photo agencies with longtime work and presence on our market.

If not advised otherwise by e-mail, your accreditation is approved.

Accreditation passes can be picked up at the accreditation centre of Rajko Mitić stadium (FK Crvena zvezda membership service office – west stand), on 3rd and 4th September (12:00 – 20:00), and on 5th September (10:00 – till the kick-off).

In accordance with UEFA regulations, accreditation passes are divided into four categories:

CATEGORY 1

TV and digital right holders

 

CATEGORY 2

(entrance: Rajko Mitić stadium Media Centre, west stand)

Media that are non – TV right holders, also print press, web press and camera, TV press and camera, radio press, freelance.

IMPORTANT

Web and TV cameramen, and all those who bring a camera into the stadium, are obliged to leave the camera in the press room. Cameras ARE NOT allowed in the media box, in the corridors, or any other area within the stadium, and there is a risk of withdrawal of the accreditation pass and UEFA sanctions in case of non-compliance with this rule. Cameras may be used during the post-match press conference, and in mix zone, after the match.

Mobile phones use – Please ensure that the content you create with your mobile phone during the match and from the media box is not exploited in a way that could compromise TV and digital rights.

 

CATEGORY 3

Photographers (stadium entrance will be through the west stand gate 1, two hours before the kick-off and entrance and work in the media centre will be allowed upon presentation of the accreditation pass).

When picking up a bib, it is necessary to present a professional document. Furthermore, it is also required to personally sign that the bib is taken.

Wearing the bib is mandatory at all times (number on the back must be clearly visible), from the moment of collecting the bib, and it must be returned to the place where it was collected at the end of the match.

Entry without a camera is prohibited.

Photos cannot be taken with mobile phones.

Recording (of video material) is prohibited.

When changing the position around the field of play, passing by the team benches is not allowed.

Work space and hospitality area will be organized in the media centre.

Attendance at pre-match and post-match press conferences is subject to space restrictions.

Mix zone is prohibited.

Please find attached the schedule and timings of the Serbian A team media activities before the match with Spain (Rajko Mitić stadium, 5th September, 20:45).

Monday, 2nd September

Press conference – Head coach Dragan Stojković

Time: 10:00 hrs, press room on the first floor

Media will be able to enter Sports Centre as from 09:00 hrs, stay until 12:00 hrs, exclusively on the 1st floor.

 

Training session at 18:00 hrs, Michel Platini pitch, media to enter as from 17:30 hrs, stay until 18:15 hrs, open for the first 15 minutes.

Media representatives are allowed to be only at the pitch, no entrance to the Centre, meaning from the gate to the pitch and back.

Media are allowed to enter the Sports Centre with a mandatory inspection of a professional or personal document at the entrance.

Wednesday, 4th September

Press conference – Head coach Dragan Stojković and a player

Time: 17:30 hrs, press room on the first floor

Training session at 18:00 hrs, Michel Platini pitch, open for the first 15 minutes.

Media will be able to enter Sports Centre as from 16:30 hrs, stay until 19:00 hrs, in the press room on the 1st floor.

To reach the pitch (training session) from the room on the 1st floor, you need to go outside of the building to the parking lot.

In accordance with UEFA regulations, media will enter the Sports Centre with the match accreditation passes.

DENMARK – SERBIA (Parken Stadium, Copenhagen, 8th September, 18:00).

Accreditation system of the media from Serbia, non – TV and digital right holders shall be implemented in cooperation with the Danish Football Union and Football Association of Serbia, i.e. press officer Milan Vuković. As for the requested data, please send a photo, copy of the passport, stadium position and a valid press accreditation to the e-mail address [email protected].

The system will be open till Friday, 30th August.

 

Note: FA of Serbia run the accreditation system for the media from Serbia, but do not organize travel and accommodation.
