FIFA FUTSAL WORLD CUP | IRAN WITH MORE LUCK, SERBIA DESERVED MORE

The futsal national team of Serbia was defeated in the first round of the FIFA World Cup in Lithuania by the National Team of Iran – 2:3 (1:2). The Serbian National Futsal Team deserved far more for everything shown, but the impression is that Iran was both more lucky and more skillful.

Our national team players missed many good opportunities, and on the other hand, Iran unexpectedly easily started to have an advantage in the opening minutes, which it kept until the end.

Serbia will play its second match at the World Cup on 17.09.and the rival is the current world champion Argentina, which outclassed the USA in the first match – 11:0 (8:0). Three days later, the opponent is the USA national team. The two best National Teams from each group and the four best third-placed national teams will qualify to the knockout phase.
