A DAY TO REMEMBER | DRAGAN STOJKOVIĆ, NENAD BJEKOVIĆ AND JOVAN ŠURBATOVIĆ IN OBRENOVAC, SERBIAN FA DISTRIBUTED EQUIPMENT

25.08.2021.

___

-So far, the Football Association has distributed a large amount of equipment throughout Serbia, nearly 2,300 clubs received jerseys and other equipment, and our goal is that by the end of this year or by the end of this season at the latest, all 2,700 clubs in Serbia receive a donation – said the first operative of the football organization.- Of course, the priority is national “A” team and to qualify for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, but at the same time the FSS does not forget about small clubs, we know that they are the base and environment which is nurturing future champions and future members of our representative teams.

I am overjoyed to be in Obrenovac today, it is nice to hang out with children, it is nice when you are in the role of someone who gives, donates, gives to others…

–  I would advise children, young people, to engage in sports, because it is a beautiful “discipline”, a school of life. Whether they will one day be professionals in that sport is irrelevant, it will be determined by their talent. It is only important that they play sports and not to be on the streets, to respect, value things, such as family, parents, coaches, their friends… Everything that younger generations need to nurture.
