A great start of the best Serbian futsal team in the first round of the World Cup qualifications. Team lead by the head-coach Goran Ivančić outclassed the Swiss team – 7:0 (4:0) and with much optimism is waiting for the match with Belgium that could decide on elite round qualifications.
Serbia started well in the match with Switzerland, but we all had to wait 13 minutes for the first score, when great Strahinja Petrov hinted the later debacle of the opponent. Soon, the same player doubled the advantage, only for Miloš Simić to further make Swiss team to look absolutely powerless. Jovan Lazarević also scored before the break for a very convincing and unreachable 4:0.
In the second part, Simić and his teammates continued with the pressing, Veroljub Vukadinović scored for 5:0, and Marko Radovanović kept on for the great result of 6:0. The full stop to this great game of our team was put by Denis Ramić. Playful team of the head-coach Goran Ivančić returned his the favour in the best possible way.
