Serbia started the match very well, very motivated, the team controlled the events on the pitch from the first minute. Our girls were a much better opponent in both half-times, and the victory could have been more convincing in the end. The award for great performance came in 28^th minute when Dejana Stefanović scored, and in the beginning of the second half Nevena Damjanović was very sure with a penalty kick and any doubt in the final outcome of this match was removed. This victory takes Serbia in the run for the second place that leads to the play-offs for the World Cup.
