UEFA NATIONS LEAGUE B | MIGHTY AND STRONG SERBIA AGAINST SLOVENIA

Great edition of “the Eagles” in the 2nd round of the Nations League. Slovenia was defeated after a good game and a convincing result – 4:1 (1:1). Head-Coach Dragan Stojković reshuffled the cards due to tight schedule and large number of matches, showed trust in debutants Jovanović and Mašović, distributed the time for other players and in the end got everything he wanted. That meant 45th goal of Aleksandar Mitrović, but also the goals of Luka Jović and Nemanja Radonjić. One of the scorers was Sergej Milinković-Savić. It was a nice evening on Topčidersko brdo, ready for the applause of those who did not spare their voices to support “the Eagles”. Serbia is now waiting for two away matches, in Sweden (9th June) and Slovenia (12th June).
