In the first half, Serbia was closer to take the lead after the goal opportunities by Filip Kostić and Aleksandar Mtrović. In the second half of the match, Aleksandar Kolarov was awarded a second yellow card, i.e. red card, and Serbia played practically the second half with one player less.

Turkey had two good goal opportunities, but close to the end of the match, Filip Đuričić and Aleksandar Mitrović had great goal opportunity. After all, the match ended without goals scored.
