NEWS FROM LAUSANNE | COURT OF ARBITRATION FOR SPORT (CAS) CONFIRMED THE DECISIONS OF THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION OF SERBIA IN CASE TONČEV

The Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (CAS) confirmed the sanctions imposed to Novica Tončev and Stanislav Tončev by the Competent Authorities of the Football Association of Serbia and at the same time rejected as unfounded the appeals of Novica Tončev and Stanislav Tončev against the decisions of the Competent Authorities of the Football Association of Serbia.
The Decisions are final, with no possibility of further appeal. The Arbitration Court also ordered that Novica Tončev and Stanislav Tončev compensate the Football Association of Serbia for all the costs of the arbitration proceedings conducted before the CAS. In addition, Novica Tončev and Stanislav Tončev will additionally have to pay 2,000 Swiss Francs each to the Football Association of Serbia as a compensation for part of their legal and other financial obligations.
The Football Association of Serbia was represented in the above-mentioned arbitration disputes by the Law Office of Zoran Damjanović from Belgrade, while the opposite party in the dispute was represented by the Law Office of Mićo Petković from Belgrade, and all points as it was stated in the decisions of CAS, which are attached to this news.
