15.06.2020.

A day Kruševac will remember. It was Kolubara region yesterday, and it is Rasina region today; and more than 200 clubs with valuable equipment given by Football Association of Serbia. It is also a revolution under way, the infrastructural one, with new stadia and artificial turfs. Till now, there have been more than 20 all around Serbia, and the importance of the new stadium of Borac and grass turf in Kruševac (Bivolja community) has been shown by the people who came to make this great day for the Rasina region even greater. Director of the Security Information Agency, Bratislav Gašić and City Mayor, Jasmina Palurović have welcomed the FA of Serbia President, Slaviša Kokeza, a Minister in the Serbian Government, Vanja Udovičić, FA of Serbia Vice-President Nenad Bjeković and Marko Pantelić, General Secretary, Jovan Šurbatović, but also Serbia football legends, and coaches of our two greatest clubs, Savo Milošević and Dejan Stanković.

President Slaviša Kokeza has not tried to hide being pleased with the scenes in Kruševac.

“This is a special day for the city of Kruševac and the whole Rasina region. It is a true honour for me to open this beautiful football stadium together with City Mayor, Jasmina Palurović and Sports Minister Vanja Udovičić. I would also like to thank coaches of Crvena zvezda and Partizan, Dejan Stanković and Savo Milošević for joiningus in this activity of the FA of Serbia and helped in distribution of sports equipment to this region clubs. In agreement with the FA of Rasina region President, Vladan Gašić, we have made a decision to donate another artificial turf to Kruševac till the end of this year, and the city authorities are to decide on the location. It is very important for all of us to work on completing the City Stadium reconstruction, and our next step would have to be returning of FK Napredak to the European football stage. As a football environment, Kruševac and its citizens deserve to have a club that would represent Serbia in an UEFA competition. Also, great appreciation goes to Mr Bratislav Gašić, who gathered us some time ago and gave us an idea how to make football infrastructure in Rasina region better” – stated Slaviša Kokeza.
