FIFA WORLD CUP QATAR 2022 | PERMANENT CONNECTION, DRAGAN STOJKOVIĆ AND ARSENE WENGER

The draw in Doha continued to be the topic in all countries that are World Cup participants. Head Coach of the National Team of Serbia, Dragan Stojković, had the opportunity to meet with many coaches and friends from the World of Football. The meeting with Arsene Wenger a legendary coach was particularly the emotional one. Great and mutual respect, as well as a reminder of their joint stay in Nagoya, when Stojković was the Number 1 player on the pitch in Japan and Wenger was very successful on the bench of the Japanese club. After Japan, Stojković and Wenger kept contact, and a qualification of Serbia to the FIFA World Cup in Qatar and a position of the Head of Global Football Development at FIFA, joined together Stojković and Wenger to sincerely shake hands again, now in Doha.

During his several days stay in Doha, the Serbian Head Coach had pleasant talks with the Head Coach of France Didier Deschamps, Head Coach of Spain Luis Enrique, Head Coach of Portugal Fernando Santos…
