A SERB AT HIS BEST / ĐORĐE DESPOTOVIĆ BICYCLE KICK GOAL PROCLAIMED THE MOST BEAUTIFUL 2019/20 RUSSIAN LEAGUE SEASON (VIDEO)
One Serb, the best scorer in five England leagues, Aleksandar Mitrović, and the other one, Đorđe Despotović, ex Orenburg, and now Kazan Rubin player, is the “owner” of the most beautiful goal in Russian Premier League in the 2019/20 season award. A bicycle kick in the match with Ahmat and a goal he scored was a major topic in Russia for days, but also on the European continent, since it was a goal that is to be scored maybe once in a lifetime. But, in case of Đorđe Despotović, it was not the first spectacular move; he scored a similar goal during preparatory period with Orenburg, and also had a few similar tries during the Championship that ended on the goal crossbar. We congratulate the Serbian player on this award and we wish him all of the success in Rubin FC.
