AKREDITOVANJE MEDIJA ZA UTAKMICE A REPREZENTACIJE SRBIJE PROTIV ALBANIJE I ANDORE

Poštovani,

Fudbalska reprezentacija Srbije počinje u junu 2025. kvalifikacije za Svetsko prvenstvo koje se iduće godine održava u SAD, Kanadi i Meksiku.

Prve dve utakmice u grupi K su protiv Albanije 7. juna u Tirani (20.45) i Andore 10. juna u Leskovcu (20.45).

Sistem akreditovanja medija za oba meča sprovodićemo na sledeći način.

ALBANIJA – SRBIJA

Akreditovanje za medije iz Srbije sprovodi Fudbalski savez Srbije u koordinaciji sa Fudbalskim savezom Albanije.

Sistem će biti otvoren od 24. do 31. maja (12 časova).

Molimo vas da za vaše izveštače na mejl [email protected] pošaljete navedene podatke uz napomenu da akreditovane posle 31. maja neće nikako biti moguće.

– Ime, prezime, fotografija izveštača (slika pasoški format – portret na svetloj pozadini), validna pres legitimacija, kopija pasoša, pozicija na stadionu.

– Zahtev se uvažava samo sa valdine mejl adrese medija ili uz potvrdu profesionalnog postojanja na memorandumu firme.

SRBIJA – ANDORA

Sistem akreditovanja za medije koji nisu vlasnici TV i digital prava biće otvoren od 2. do 7. juna (20 časova).

Imajte u vidu da je kapacitet medija tribine, kao i prostora predviđenog za fotoreportere ograničen, tako da nećemo izdavati više od jedne akreditacije za novinare, odnosno jednu za fotoreportere, osim za foto agencije sa višegodišnjim radom i prisustvom na našem tržištu.

Što se tiče video produkcije, prednost će imati televizije sa nacionalnom i kablovskom frekvencijom u odnosu na lokalne i naročito online video produkcije (za sve koji dobiju akreditaciju isključivo važi sistem jedan novinar i jedan snimatelj).

Akreditacije ćemo izdavati u odnosu na relevantno prisustvo medija na tržištu u nacionalnom i loklanom obimu.

Ukoliko niste obavešteni drugačije mejlom, akreditacija je odoborena.

Sa mejl adrese redakcije (izuzev “freelance”), zahtevi se šalju na mejl adresu [email protected]

Na memorandumu firme (obavezan potpis i pečat ovlašćenog lica) neophodno je navesti ime i prezime izveštača uz fotografiju (format pasoš, molim vas da fotografije budu verodostojne) i poziciju na stadionu (print pres, veb pres, veb kamera, TV pres, TV kamera, radio pres, fotoreporter, ”freelancer”).

 Svi mediji koji imaju onlajn redakcije i video produkciju vode se pod „veb“.

Televizije sa nacionalnom, kablovskom ili lokalnom frekvencijom vode se kao „TV“.

Akreditacioni centar nalaziće se u ”Kontejneru” na južnoj strani stadiona ”Dubočica”, a radno vreme možete pronaći u nastavku:

10. jun 2025. od 10.00 – 20.45

Imajte u vidu da su akreditacije neophodne za prisustvo na medijskim aktivnostima reprezentacija Srbije i Andore dan pred i na dan utakmice.

U skladu sa UEFA regulativom akreditacije su podeljene u četiri kategorije:

KATEGORIJA 1

Vlasnici TV i digital prava

KATEGORIJA 2

Medije koji nisu vlasnici TV prava i toj grupi pripadaju print pres, veb pres i kamera, TV pres i kamera, radio pres, “freelance”.

VAŽNO!

Veb i TV snimatelji, svi oni koji kameru unose na stadion, obavezni su da kameru ostave u pres sali. Kamere na medija tribini, u hodniku ili bilo kojem drugom prostoru unutar stadiona NISU dozvoljene i u slučaju nepoštovanja ovog pravila rizikuje se oduzimanje akreditacije i UEFA sankcije. Kamere se mogu koristiti za vreme pres konferencije i u miks zoni po završetku utakmice.

Upotreba mobilnih telefona – Molimo vas da tokom utakmice sadržaj koji napravite mobilnim telefonima iz medija tribine ne bude eksploatisan na način koji bi mogao da ugrozi TV i digitalna prava.

KATEGORIJA 3

Fotoreporteri

Prilikom preuzimanja markera neophodno je pokazati profesionalni dokument. Takođe je neophodan i lični potpis da je marker preuzet.

Korišćenje markera je obavezno sve vreme (broj na leđima mora biti jasno vidljiv) od trenutka preuzimanja po završetku utakmice isti je neophodno vratiti na mestu gde je preuzet.

Zabranjen je ulazak bez fotoaparata.

Fotografije se ne mogu praviti mobilnim telefonima.

Snimanje (video materijal) je zabranjeno.

Prilikom promena pozicije na terenu nije dozvoljen prolazak kod klupa za rezervne igrače.

Radni prostor i prostor za posluženje biće organizovan u medija centru.

Prisustvo na pres konferencijama pre i posle utakmice podložno je restrikcijama u prostoru.

Miks zona nije dozvoljena.

ACCREDITATION SYSTEM FOR THE UEFA NATIONS LEAGUE MATCH SERBIA – ANDORRA, 10. JUNE, DUBOČICA STADIUM, LESKOVAC

Media accreditation for the UEFA Nations League match Serbia – Andorra in Leskovac on 10. June.

The accreditation system for media that are not TV and radio rightsowners and for photo reporters will be open as of Monday, June 2 to Sunday, June 8 (until 12:00).

Please, bear in mind that the capacity of the media stand, as well as the space provided for photo reporters, is limited, so we will not be able to issue more than one accreditation for journalists, i.e. one for photo reporter, except for major photo agencies with significant presence on our market.

As regards the video production, televisions with national and cable frequencies will have priority over the local, and especially online video productions (for all those who receive accreditation, one journalist and one cameraman system applies). We will issue accreditations in relation to the relevant media presence on the market on a national and local level.

If you have not been informed otherwise by email, the accreditation has been approved.

Media accreditation requests must be sent from the email address of the editorial office (except for „freelance“), to the email address [email protected]

It is necessary to use the letterhead of the company (signature and stamp of the authorized person are mandatory) and to state the name and surname of the reporter along with a photo (passport format, please make sure the photos are authentic) and the position in the stadium (print press, web press, web camera, TV press, TV camera , radio press, photo reporter, „freelancer“).

All media that have online newsrooms and video production shall be referred to as „web“.

Televisions with a national, cable or local frequency are referred to as „TV“.

Accreditations can be collected at the accreditation center at the „Dubočica“ stadium (the area will be marked with the signpost „Accreditation Center„, South side of Stadium) on 9 and 10 June from 12:00 to 21:00h.

Keep in mind that accreditation is necessary to attend the media activities of the Serbian and Swiss national teams the day before the match, and on the matchday.

In accordance with UEFA regulations, accreditations are divided into four categories:

CATEGORY 1

TV and digital rightsholders.

CATEGORY 2

Media that are not TV rightsholders – specifically: print press, web press and camera, TV press and camera, radio media, „freelance“.

IMPORTANT:

Web and TV cameramen, all those who bring a camera into the stadium, are obliged to leave the camera in the press room. Cameras are NOT allowed in the media stand, in the corridor or any other area inside the stadium, and in case of non-compliance, there is a risk of revocation of accreditation and UEFA sanctions. The cameras can be used during the press conference and in the mix zone after the match.

Use of mobile phones – Please ensure that the content you create with mobile phones during the game from the media stand is not exploited in a way that could compromise TV and digital rights.

CATEGORY 3

Photo-reporters

When picking up a bib, it is necessary to present your professional document. On collection of the bib a personal signature will be required.

The use of the bib is mandatory at all times (the number on the back must be clearly visible). – from the moment of collection. The bib must be returned to the collection spot after the end of the match.

Entry without a camera is prohibited.

Photos cannot be taken with mobile phones.

Recording (video material) is prohibited.

When changing positions on the field, it is not allowed to pass by the benches for reserve players.

Workspace and service space will be organized in the media center.

Attendance at press conferences before and after the match is subject to space restrictions.

Mix zone is not allowed.
